As announced here, we've been acquired by Google!
Q. Will existing JDC developer wikis remain accessible and free?
A. If you are an existing JotSpot Developer Connection (http://developer.jot.com) member, you received two free development and testing wikis when you joined the community. Both will remain accessible and free.
Q. Will you continue to offer and support the JotSpot API?
A.
JotSpot's platform features and API are very important to Google.
Existing customers and JDC members can continue to develop on their
wikis unchanged. API details for future releases are still being
worked out.
Q. Will I have to port my current code when the next version comes out?
A. Since we don't yet know exact API details we don't know the answer to this question.
Q. I think there is a bug in your current version that is messing me up, can I get a patch?
A.
We are hard at work moving JotSpot to Google's architecture. Please
tell us about the problem you are having by posting it to the JDC
Forums (http://developer.jot.com/DevForums) and we will try to help. However we don't plan on patching the current version of the service.
Q. How will the JotSpot API work with other Google products and APIs?
A. Google has an amazing set of APIs, all documented on http://code.google.com. We'll keep you posted as we work out the details.
